About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in HR transformation, talent management, organizational design, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR consulting strategy aligned with market trends and business needs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for HR consulting services and promote thought leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering expert advice and customized HR solutions to address complex business challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding them through HR transformations, workforce planning, and talent management strategies
- Lead large-scale change management initiatives, including organizational design, culture change, and workforce transitions
- Provide expertise in key HR functions, including performance management, learning and development, talent acquisition, and succession planning
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HR consulting space, driving growth and expanding the service offering
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning the firm as a leading HR consulting provider in the region
- Oversee the financial performance of the HR consulting division, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR consulting or related fields, with a focus on delivering complex, large-scale HR solutions
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing consulting teams and leading client engagements
- Strong experience in HR transformation, talent management, change management, and organizational development
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
