We are actively seeking for a Payroll Professional to join our team in our offices in Aspropyrgos.

The Payroll Professional will assist in payroll processing by ensuring data accuracy, handle complex employee inquiries, and generate payroll reports.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly payroll data collection and registration in HRM system.
• Cooperation with the Payroll Specialist for the accurate monthly payroll calculation & clearance.
• Ergani procedures in case of new hires, leavers, ending contracts, salary, overtime declaration and shift changes.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and assist payroll payment obligations (APD, Tax payments).
• Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations, in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee onboarding, administering benefits, monitoring leaves and payroll e-files, creating employee contracts, reassuring health & safety policy compliance.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments and address daily employee inquiries to maintain clear communication and resolve payroll issues efficiently.

• Good knowledge of labor and insurance legislation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Critical thinking and problem solving and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or other related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of payroll HRM systems (preferably Epsilon-Pylon).
• Proficient user of Ergani System.
