• Creating and posting job advertisements on online platforms
• Sourcing candidates through job postings, databases and social media platforms
• Screening and evaluating resumes
• Conducting interviews via phone, video and in person
• Developing and managing a pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Manage multiple recruitment projects effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment
• Proficient with computers and social media platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Skilled in multitasking and prioritization
• Adaptable with a proactive attitude
• Able to perform well under deadlines
