The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Employee Relations Assistant (Βοηθός Εργασιακών Σχέσεων)", for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the Employee Relations Coordinator of the Human Resources department in Kassandra.

 

Main Responsibilities:

·       Assist in managing daily employee relations issues, providing guidance on workplace policies, conflict resolution, and general HR practices & policies.

·       Support the Employee Relations Coordinator in monitoring compliance with labor laws and company policies, performing routine audits as required, and recommending corrective actions to ensure adherence.

·       Assist with the coordination and documentation of labor inspections and audits. Record data accurately, prepare reports, and support the tracking of corrective actions to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of any identified issues.

·       Address initial workplace conflicts in a timely manner, referring more complex cases to the coordinator as needed.

·       Maintain detailed and accurate records of employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, compliance documentation, and labor inspections, ensuring proper documentation and reporting for all cases.

·       Participate in employee training sessions and awareness programs on employee relations policies, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures.

·       Aid in the administration and documentation of grievance processes, investigations, and disciplinary actions as required.

·       Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

·       Prepare reports and analyses related to employee relations issues, trends and initiatives for management review.

·       Prepare and maintain contractors’ employee monthly demographics.

 

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, communications, employment law, industrial relations, or another related field.

·       1- 3 years of proven experience in one or more of the following fields: human resources, business administration.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.

·       Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

·       Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

·       Analytical thinking.

·       Adaptability.
