A day in the life as an HR Administrator at this HR department:
- Handle tasks related to scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, working hours/sick leaves/leaves etc. via Ergani and our HR system Business Misthodosia
- Administer employment issues such as hires, onboardings, renewals, prepare employment contracts and confidentiality agreements
- Work closely with the accounting department and actively participate in payroll process preparation and execution in company’s payroll system ERGANI, Sepenet etc.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation and reports
- Ensure that employees files and records are updated and maintained
- Handle payroll-related inquiries, changes, and updates
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects (such as performance appraisal, employee benefits and compensation programs)
Requirements
