Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Lead the recruitment process to attract and secure top talent, establish best practices, and build strong partnerships with external recruiters.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation.
- Create and maintain programs to boost employee engagement and cultivate a vibrant workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management systems, including reviews and development planning.
- Promote a culture of high performance by encouraging continuous feedback and improvement.
- Handle complex employee issues, including disciplinary actions, with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Monitor local market trends to benchmark compensation, rewards, and benefits effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety standards, and all regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Develop, update, and maintain local HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Track and analyze HR metrics, including turnover, employee satisfaction, and retention rates, to inform decision-making.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate an inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Optimize the use of HR technology for managing employee records, payroll, and benefits.
- Create a dynamic and supportive work environment that enhances employee morale and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; professional HR certifications will be considered an asset.
- 5+ years of HR experience in HR Business Partner roles.
- Hands-on experience across all areas of HR, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- High level of integrity and ethical judgment.
