Nammos Group is currently seeking to recruit professionals for 12-month employment for the position of Human Resources Coordinator.

Job Description:

  • Administrative support to HR Department and cooperation with other interfaces such as payroll, recruitment etc.
  • Maintains human resources records for employees
  • Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Data maintenance in our ERP System 
  • Strong knowledge of HR procedures and employment law.
  • Excellent knowledge of ERGANI platform (digital attendance card etc.)
  • HRM systems experience such as SCAN is required

Position Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor in Human Resources, BA or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years experience in similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Knowledge of French language will  be considered as an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office products (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Flexible with the idea of travelling.
