Some of the duties assigned to you, are:

·       Co-Create and contribute to developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to source candidates that align with the company’s cultural and professional standards.

·       Participate in the entire recruitment process, selecting, and eventually hiring candidates.

·       Conduct onboarding programs that help new employees integrate into the company quickly and smoothly.

·       Act as a mediator / investigator in disputes between staff and management, ensuring fair and effective resolution.

·       Interpret and enforce company policies and labor law to maintain legal and ethical standards.

·       Mentor, inspire, and empower teams to consistently excel and grow in their work.

·       Manage HR databases with up-to-date, accessible employee information.

·       Ensure accurate processing data and send to accounting department to calculate payroll.

·       Administer employee benefits.

·       Check work schedules that optimize staffing levels for operational efficiency and maintain accurate data regarding employee absence, holidays etc.

·       Monitor and manage employee attendance and time-off requests.

Summary

As the Talent & Culture Specialist for our Athens operations, you serve as an essential bridge linking our workforce, management, and corporate office, aligning all activities with Dome's strategic goals. Your role will primarily focus on our existing Athens establishments, including "91, Athens Riviera" and "Makris Restaurant," as well as upcoming ventures that are slated to launch in the near future.

In this critical position, you will not only attract, retain, and cultivate talent but also ensure that the entities you oversee adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations. Your initiatives will significantly influence Dome's organizational culture, elevate employee satisfaction, and enhance productivity—fundamental factors that drive the company’s success and strengthen its competitive position.

This position demands a proactive and results-driven professional who excels at forging robust connections, meeting recruitment objectives, and advancing our overall employer brand. Additionally, this role involves implementing effective strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with Dome’s strategic goals and cultural values.



Requirements

Experience / Certificates/ Education:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in human resources, with demonstrated experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR initiatives and driving HR strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly advantageous, as it provides context-specific insights that are critical for effective HR management in these sectors.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in conflict resolution, mediation and training delivery.

Abilities/Key Competencies/Skills

 

  • Skilled in developing HR initiatives that support the company's long-term goals.
  • Very good knowledge of employment laws and regulations, especially in Hospitality.
  • Flexibility to handle the evolving needs of a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and foster a collaborative team environment.
