The Human Resources Manager will lead the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with the  overall business objectives. This includes workforce planning, employee engagement, compensation,  benefits, and organizational development. The HR Manager will ensure the company attracts, retains, and  develops talent, while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Your role at HFM:

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives, as communicated by the Head of People & Culture, aligned  with the business strategy. 
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent, establish recruitment best practices and build  relationships with external recruiters. 
  • Design and manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Promote positive employee relations by addressing employee grievances and mediating disputes.
  • Develop and maintain programs that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback mechanisms,  and development plans. 
  • Foster a high-performance culture by encouraging continuous feedback and improvement.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee issues and disciplinary actions. 
  • Monitor local market trends and benchmark compensation, rewards and benefits. 
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, workplace safety, compensation & benefits and all regulatory  requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain local HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Track and analyse HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and retention.
  • Lead and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace.
  • Ensure the efficient use of HR technologies for managing employee records, payroll, and benefits.
  • Create a dynamic working environment that promotes positive morale.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, with professional certifications in HR considered a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience. 
  • In-depth knowledge of local labour laws, payroll and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • High level of integrity and ethical judgment.
