Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Create job postings, advertise openings, and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Welcome new hires on their first day, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Ensure employees acknowledge and understand company policies
  • Assist with audits, by gathering and organizing required documentation.
  • Provide administrative assistance for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in data submission.
  • Schedule and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights on the employee’s experience.
