Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and process payroll accurately and on time in collaboration with external payroll providers.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records with precision.
- Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding salary, deductions, and other payroll matters.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Educational background in Accounting, Tourism, or Business Administration.
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector, κnowledge of Ergani System and familiarity with Pylon/Business HRM System.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
