Senior Payroll Specialist 

We are pleased to announce the search for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of payroll processes and will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of payroll for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire payroll process, including calculations of salaries, deductions, and tax obligations.
• Ensure compliance with national legislation and company policies.
• Resolve payroll-related issues and provide support to employees.
• Create and analyze reports related to payroll and compensation.
• Manage payroll data, ensuring the accuracy of records and the timely payment of salaries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax obligations, and regulations.
• Handle hiring, departures, and all employee changes, and submit the corresponding forms to relevant public authorities (e.g., Ergani).
• Monitor employee leave, sick days, work schedule changes, etc., and submit this data to Ergani.
• Manage timekeeping, review, and input data into the payroll system.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
• At least 5 years of experience in a payroll position.
• Knowledge of Greek labor legislation and taxation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of payroll software (Epsilonnet).

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
