Costa Navarino is looking for a Housing Coordinator. The selected candidate will will provide support for the Housing of associates and ensure all regulations are maintained within the associate’s accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Transact the onboarding process relating to housing and any administration tasks in a professional and confidential manner
- Ensure all procedures and policies as well as Brand Standards maintained and applied consistently in line with the company’s vision and goals.
- Welcome and introduce associates to accommodation
- Register, allocate, and organize accommodation for associates.
- Organize and check the cleaning process.
- Random room checking based on housing regulations.
- Monitor, organize and support maintenance requests.
- Register, manage and replenish housing inventory and equipment.
Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience in Housing or HR
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficient in English language, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of HR practices, including handling and registering associates' complaints
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid car driving license required
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage daily responsibilities
