JOB FUCTIONS:

Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll for all employees.
Handle the P.S. ERGANI (manage employee data, hires, terminations, and status changes).
Supervision of Employees' Digital Card system
Oversee payroll reporting, budgeting, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with labor legislation.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in payroll management & ERGANI, preferably in a hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of payroll processing systems and software
In-depth understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
