We are currently looking for a passionate, proactive, and forward-thinking Learning and Development Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition & Training Team!

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of all learning initiatives
• Participate in the design and creation of training material and LMS modules
• Manage the e-learning solution
• Work with the operations teams to ensure development needs are addressed
• Review training feedback to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for training materials and methods based on evaluation results
• Participate in global/region HR projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or relevant field. Master's degree will be considered an asset.
• Up to 3 years of proven experience in L&D in an organized Human Resources department
• Very good communication skills in both Greek and English (oral and written)
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• Resilience
• Tech savvy
• Passion about people development and continuous growth
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
