Join us and start as a Talent Acquisition/ HR Business Partner in the Human Resources team!
Position Summary
At ETG our people are our strength. The HR Department is a key organizational function with more than 45 members globally. In Greece, our team consists of 13 people and now we are looking for a Talent Acquisition/ HR Business Partner (TA/HRBP).
In this position you will hold a business crucial role in providing HR guidance, and delivering talent acquisition with a great focus on the Customer Services function.
The position is based in Athens and reports to the Senior HRBP.
Requirements
- Act as a point of contact and provide HR advice on a range of topics that arise in our day to day work
- Responsible for end to end recruitment projects, both internal and external roles
- Support the local and global HR team during the implementation of HR projects (Performance Management, Talent retention, Onboarding Engagement and more)
- Analyze trends and metrics and propose ideas on talent attraction and retention
- Align with stakeholders to resolve business challenges in collaboration with the Senior HRBP
Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant
- Proven work experience 3-4 years in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accountable and goal oriented
- Experience in working within a global or multi-cultural environment is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
