SPYRIDES GROUP, the leading provider of the Energy equipment and services industry, is looking for an HR Generalist for its headquarters in Athens with the following key responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding of new hires.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR policies, processes and best practices.
• Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Greek labour laws.
• Support payroll administration and benefits coordination.
• Coordinate training and development programs to foster employee growth and enhance skill sets.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment in an HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Strong knowledge of Greek labour laws and HR best practices
• Proficient with computers and social media platforms
• Knowledge of payroll software systems, such as Pylon by Epsilon Net
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
