Inter Cars Greece is interesting to appoint a Human Resources Specialist in Athens Metropolitan Area. The right candidate will contribute the HR team over recruitment requirements, employee benefits, HR policies implementation, managing onboarding process and personnel's continued development.

Responsibilities

• Managing the recruitment and onboarding process whilst supporting hiring decisions.
• Overseeing day-to-day HR operations and a wide range of HR tasks.
• Monitoring and updating organizational charts.
• Participating in employer branding initiatives to promote the company’s profile and attract top talent.
• Supporting personnel's continued development by identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• MSc in Human Resources or related field will be considered as a strong asset.
• 3-5 years work experience on a similar role required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently when required.
• Office 365 strong knowledge required.
