Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the Finance team for timely payments and reporting.
HR Administrative Support
- Manage employee leave requests, including annual leave, sick leave, and days off.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by managing contracts, benefits enrollment, and documentation.
- Assist with maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in Epsilon Net payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
