HR & Payroll Specialist

This role combines payroll management with key HR administrative responsibilities, focusing on ensuring smooth operations in employee compensation and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team for timely payments and reporting.

HR Administrative Support

  • Manage employee leave requests, including annual leave, sick leave, and days off.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by managing contracts, benefits enrollment, and documentation.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in Epsilon Net payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
