The role

The IT Recruiter assists employers to identify, select and recruit staff for their vacancies, and help individuals find and gain appropriate employment.  The ideal candidate will bring expertise in IT recruitment and will play a key role in the success of Kariera.gr’s tech hiring projects.The recruiter's role is the vital link between candidates and clients; it involves attracting candidates by uploading job posts and using LinkedIn, screening candidates, interviewing them and selecting suitable professionals to put forward to client companies. Additionally, it requires building relationships with candidates, keeping in touch over the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

The IT Recruiter we are looking for, will be responsible for:

• Source candidates through job postings, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
• Provide candidates with detailed insights into roles and client expectations.
• Present candidate profiles to clients, including CVs and evaluations.
• Match job descriptions with candidate skills to ensure successful placements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with clients and candidates.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and culture.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
• Report to the IT Recruitment Lead, working within a defined team
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support company objectives.

Requirements:

• MSc degree in Human Resources / Business etc. will be considered as a plus
• At least 2 year experience in Recruitment agencies
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Proactivity
• Confidence and results-driven personality
