HR Manager

The UNISON Group, in the framework of its strategic expansion, is looking to include an HR Manager to its constantly growing team.

 

Location: Paiania Head Office

Reports to: HR & HSE Director

 

Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role ensures that the company’s HR operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization and its employees. The HR Manager will lead employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain an employer brand that attracts top professionals.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement strategies.
    • Act as a mediator in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all employee relations matters.
    • Provide guidance to management on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
    • Oversee the implementation of employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for improvements.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Develop and oversee a performance appraisal system to ensure continuous employee growth.
    • Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and expectations.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers in handling performance-related issues.
    • Track and analyze performance data to recommend necessary interventions.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs across the organization and develop suitable training programs.
    • Oversee the execution of employee training programs, leadership development, and upskilling initiatives.
    • Partner with external training providers to enhance workforce capabilities.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous learning opportunities
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies in payroll and benefits administration.
    • Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to manage salary structures and employee incentives.
    • Support employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  6. HR Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
    • Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation to meet audit and legal requirements.
    • Develop and enforce policies that promote a fair and inclusive workplace.
    • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.
    • Promote employee welfare programs and initiatives to support well-being and work-life balance.
  7. HR Strategy and Reporting:
    • Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and company culture.
    • Provide HR reports and analytics to senior management for strategic decision-making.
    • Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
    • Ensure HR processes support business growth and operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices and industry regulations
  • Proven experience managing HRMS systems or other HR software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical abilities.
