Ανθρώπινο ΔυναμικόKariera’s Hiring Solutions team is looking on behalf of a client, a leading retail group, for an HR Business Partner based in Patra.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration with management and departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Resource Management overseeing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring smooth processes at all stages.
- Payroll and Benefits ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and managing employee benefits like insurance and company cars.
- Performance Management implementing performance appraisal and employee development systems.
- Crisis Management and Conflict Resolution addressing conflicts and supporting employee well-being.
- Compliance ensuring HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or a related HR Business Partner role.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, benefits, performance evaluation, and compliance with labor laws.
- Skills in analyzing HR data and improving processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, ERGANI, and payroll tools.
- Open to relocation to Patras.
