Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find on behalf of a client, a leading energy provider, for an HR Business Partner based in Thessaloniki

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring efficient and seamless HR processes
  • Manage payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness while overseeing employee benefits, including insurance and company-provided resources
  • Implement and enhance performance evaluation frameworks, fostering employee development and engagement
  • Address workplace conflicts proactively, promoting a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure all HR operations align with local labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or as an HR Business Partner 
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and labor law compliance
  • Analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data to drive process improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, ERGANI, and payroll management tools
