We are currently seeking to recruit a Payroll Associate to join our Payroll team in Athens.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing our electronic time-tracking system
• Submitting programs/changes and forms to public organizations like ERGANI/SEPE/EFKA
• Collecting data/monthly invoices for payroll processing for freelancers / independent service providers
• Handling personnel requests with great care

Candidate's Profile

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Methodical withkeen attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit
• Strong time management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
• A year of experience in accouting / payroll department is preferred
• Basic knowledge of ERGANI systems and familiarity with SAP will be considered a plus
