Empiria Group is currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist (Destination: Santorini).
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to gain experience both in a corporate setting and in a luxurious hospitality environment.
Location: November to March - Corporate Office (Glyfada, Athens)
April to October - Seasonal work at our luxury hotels in Santorini.
Employment Type: Full-time position with seasonal relocation (summer season) between Athens and Santorini.
Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Key accountabilities:
- Assists with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Participating in career days/events
- Coordinates new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations
- Assists with the coordination of employee training and development programs
- Provides support with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and values
- Supports employees with Human Resources related questions and concerns
- Be the point of contact for staff to report any accommodation issues. Ensure that the staff accommodation is well secured and maintained. Provide reports on staff accommodation.
- Address and resolve accommodation-related requests and issues for employees
- Performs other HR related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year experience as a Human Resources Generalist or related role preferably in hospitality sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Fluency in English, an extra language will be an asset
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling different work environments and tasks
- Willingness to relocate seasonally between Athens and Santorini
