About the role
There is currently a job opening for “Talent Acquisition Officer” in our Human Resources Department. As a Talent Acquisition Officer you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring best fit candidates to meet company’s needs and growth. What you will do:
- Responsible for ensuring a smooth full recruitment cycle, from job posting, scheduling and interviewing to onboarding
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs as well as offer guidance and consultation
- Leveraging recruitment tools and platforms to build an extensive talent pipeline
- Enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring every applicant has a seamless and positive journey with us
- Acting as AEGEAN’s ambassador by participating in company events, career fairs, university visits, and networking events
- Getting involved in other HR projects and initiatives
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR management
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM)
- 2-4 years of professional working experience in HR
- Familiarity with HRMS and/or ATS systems
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
And you have competence in:
- Working collaboratively
- Negotiating and managing conflict
- Problem solving and taking initiative
- Thinking in a structured and analytical way
- Working with agility, resilience and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
