Employee Development & Talent Management Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and people-driven professional to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will lead key initiatives in employee training and development, talent management and performance evaluation while also contributing to other strategic HR projects that enhance our people’s growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the annual training plan aligned with business needs.
• Design and coordinate training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
• Assess training needs and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives.
• Be responsible for the goal-setting and performance evaluation processes.
• Develop and manage Talent Management initiatives, including career path planning, succession planning, and retention strategies.
• Contribute to the optimization of HR policies and procedures to foster organizational effectiveness.
What You Bring:
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within HR.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex scenarios and interpret data.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective HR strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with adaptability to different audiences.
• Proven experience in live presentations and advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Adequate familiarity with excel.
• A continuous learning mindset, with a passion for emerging HR technologies and business process improvements.
