HR Manager
- Leads the development and implementation of the HR strategy to align with the organization's vision and growth objectives.
- Translates the HR strategy into annual operational business plans and KPIs, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ensures continuous review and refinement of HR goals to keep pace with the evolving organizational landscape.
- Oversees the recruitment, performance management, training and development of the team to ensure a high level of competence and employee engagement.
- Designs and implements a compelling Employee Value Proposition that aligns with organizational goals and enhances the entity's employer brand.
- Leads the development and execution of engagement strategies to ensure a motivated and committed workforce.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with external vendors, service providers and consultants to ensure high-quality HR services.
- Supervises and monitors payroll outsourcing provider.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders across the organization to safeguard the entity’s interests and deliver on HR goals.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to assess and optimize organizational structure and manpower planning.
- Leads the development and execution of competitive compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Directs the implementation of talent management strategies, focusing on identifying high-potential employees and creating pathways for career development.
- Designs and executes recruitment strategies to ensure timely and effective hiring in line with the organization’s talent needs.
- Ensures timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics, performance data and analytics to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree or MBA (preferred)
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, etc.)
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and Emiratization programs.
- Prior experience leading change initiatives in large organizations with diverse workforces.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, including organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and performance systems.
