Job Title: HR & Benefits Coordinator

Reports to: HR Business Partner 

Location: Metamorphosis, Attica, Greece

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR & Benefits Coordinator to join our HR Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation and benefits administration within a large multinational company. As HR & Benefits Coordinator, you will manage the operational aspects of the company's compensation and benefits programs. You will also handle general HR administrative tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the operational aspects of compensation and benefits programs, including meal vouchers, company cars, mobile telephony benefits and other related benefits. This includes processing enrollments, changes, and terminations

  • Analyze current compensation and benefits programs and contribute to recommendations for improvement

  • Maintain and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs, including data entry, record keeping, and reporting

  • Ensure accurate communication of compensation and benefits programs to employees.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives

  • Handle general HR administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Strong interest in Human Resources

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented and hands-on attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) or MS Office (Excel)

  • Knowledge of HRM & ERP programs will be considered as a plus 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
