Athens Home Services (AHS) is a human resources company who helps customers to hire reliable staff for their house. We commit ourselves to find qualified, trustworthy personnel that meets client’s requirements. The main positions we cover are housekeepers, childcarers, nannies, maternity nurses, home carers -for the elderly, for patients, and for people with special needs, experienced chefs, butlers, villa managers, boutique hotel staff and yachts crews. We also undertake the training of housekeepers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract and recruit candidates
- Execute recruiting plan and process according to company’s policy and client’s requirements
- Collaborate with other team members in the recruiting and hiring process
- Identify new and effective recruiting sources
- Source and recruit candidates using a wide variety of sourcing, i.e., using databases, job boards, social media
- Use social media to attract and communicate with candidates
- Establish a strong rapport with candidates and clients
- Maintain company’s database
Qualification:
University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related fields
2-3 years of experience in a Recruitment role preferable in the same sector
Fluent in English – other languages will be an asset
Computer literate and social media user
