What You Will Achieve

As part of the EMEA Colleague Services Delivery team, you will support HR operational tasks for the markets of responsibility. As a Senior Associate, ensuring compliance, supporting colleagues' requests via a ticketing system, and handling stakeholders' needs to ensure business continuity are part of your daily activities. You are expected to prioritize tasks effectively and collaborate to achieve results. Demonstrating excellence in your work, with accountability for following through on commitments, is crucial. How You Will Achieve It
- Support HR operational tasks for the markets of responsibility as part of the EMEA Colleague Services Delivery team.
- Contribute to the completion of projects and manage your own time to meet agreed targets.

- Execute HR pay-impacting tasks that support the entire employee lifecycle.
- Understand the fundamental business drivers for Pfizer.
- Coach and support managers and colleagues on a range of HR policies and practices.
- Manage well-documented processes and procedures for the HR system.
- Support and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the Employee Relations function, including data analytics.
- Handle internal audits and close audit observations as per deadlines.
- Act as a single point of contact for vendor management.
- Streamline and automate HR processes.
- Prepare key HR metrics, HR dashboards, and presentations using various analytical tools.
- Identify and introduce new methodologies, participate in the ongoing continuous improvement of processes and practices.
- Support the annual year-end cycle, including report generation, data migration/verification, staff communication, and employer tax returns filing.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree, Human Resources or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in a HR Shared Services/HR Operations/centralized customer service environment
- Excellent knowledge of Italian (verbal and oral)
- Proficient level in English language (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and result oriented.
- Experience with Microsoft Office - proficient Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Experience of working on ERP HR module (SNOW -ticketing systems).
- Experience of working in a Service Center
- Experience in operations
- Positive, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge of various analytical tools.
- Knowledge of HR Ordinance and Provident Fund.
- Possess analytical and creative skills.
