Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Preparation: Accurately input and process payroll data in compliance with local labor laws in collaboration with the payroll issuing partner.
• Private Insurance Management: Handle employee private insurance matters, including enrollment, claims support, and liaising with insurance providers.
• HR Compliance & Systems: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations, including submissions through ERGANI.
• HR Systems & Reporting: Utilize SoftOne Payroll and HRMS (preferred) or other HR systems for data management, reporting, and HR analytics. Assist in the implementation of the new HR platforms.
• Employee Relations & Support: Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies while ensuring a positive employee experience.
• General HR Support: Assist in HR administration, contract management, and any other HR-related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in payroll administration and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERGANI and Greek labor laws.
• Familiarity with SoftOne Payroll and HRMS is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
