HR Generalist

Skybay Group enlarges its vision with the opening of a new restaurant in Imerovigli, Santorini, offering a unique dining experience that blends Mediterranean tradition with modern innovation. Perched atop a cliff with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the island’s idyllic sunset, the restaurant will craft contemporary dishes with locally sourced ingredients and fresh seafood. The sleek, modern design complements the breathtaking scenery, while the sustainable approach ensures a minimal environmental footprint. Sandblu Resort, Santorini, is currently in search of HR Generalist. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with Sandblu’s values and legal requirements.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR-related matters such as benefits, policies, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting employee growth and development.
