Job description:
H Hotels Collection is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Key responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to candidate screening and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensuring company policies comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinating new hire orientation and ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
- Takes on additional HR duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR management.
- Supports the coordination and delivery of employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Assisting in performance management processes and conducting employee evaluations.
- Serves as a resource for employees, answering HR-related questions and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintaining positive employee relations and addressing any workplace issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Knowledge of HR management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations is a plus.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a human resources role (at least 2 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
