NYNN is a series of inspiring places for inspiring people. We handcraft unique environments and experiences, from members’ clubs to resort hotels, to entertainment gastronomies and more. NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. NYNN is initiated and bootstrapped by Temes S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.
Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members’ club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over 5,500 SQM, House of NYNN is designed for balance - where pleasure, work, fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. Thoughtfully curated spaces include laid-back dining, vibrant bars, smart workspaces, next-gen fitness, and the largest outdoor pool in central Athens. A rich calendar of events, experiences, and entertainment that cuts through the noise, bring together a community that moves with intention.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Head of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s success and ensuring a positive, inclusive workplace environment. Your key responsibilities will be split into the following areas:
Talent Strategy & Recruitment
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine talent strategies that align with NYNN’s values and culture.
- Coordinate the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviews, and selection of qualified candidates to fill key positions.
- Work closely with departmental managers to identify talent gaps and create succession plans, ensuring the right people are in place for future growth.
- Support onboarding by welcoming team members and coordinating initial training sessions.
Team Culture
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by leading initiatives that support engagement and team cohesion.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to regularly assess and improve employee satisfaction.
- Organize programs and activities such as newsletters, calendars and team-building initiatives to enhance team spirit.
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion programs that promote a welcoming and supportive environment for all team members.
- Lead initiatives that support the wellbeing of team members.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring clear communication between management and staff, addressing concerns, and promoting a harmonious work environment.
Learning & Development
- Oversee the creation and coordination of ongoing training programs for new and current team members, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Develop tailored training sessions to upskill team members and prepare them for future roles.
- Manage and continually improve the production of training videos, ensuring that resources are accessible and up to date for all employees.
HR Operations & Systems
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the employee app, including handling internal communications, updates, and organizing quizzes, courses, and events to keep staff engaged.
- Work with management to continuously improve employee benefits programs, ensuring they align with team needs and support overall wellbeing, while regularly assessing and enhancing offerings to remain competitive.
- Support the HR department in addressing employee relations issues, and participating in disciplinary meetings to ensure fairness and consistency as needed.
Performance Management & Retention
- Facilitate the performance management process, assisting managers with goal setting, regular check-ins, and performance reviews to foster continuous growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent, such as implementing recognition programs and rewards to celebrate team member achievements.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to higher retention rates and a positive work environment.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A relevant degree and minimum 5-year experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in English
- Superb computer and system skills; experience with Microsoft Office, Workable, payroll and scheduling systems
