We are looking for a reliable HR Administration Specialist to to provide essential support for the daily operations of our HR Department and manage a variety of personnel-related responsibilities.
The HR Administration Specialist will report to the HRBP and will be based in Schimatari, Voiotia.
Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain and update employee records in Kerakoll HR systems
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
• Manage leave and attendance records
• Regularly monitor the use of ‘Psifiaki Karta’
• Handle HR correspondence and maintain confidential files
• Collaborate on payroll data preparation (outsourced)
Employee Lifecycle Management:
• Oversee the hiring process and ensure proper documentation for new hires
• Manage exit processes and documentation for departing employees
Employee Relations & Compliance:
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Manage compensation and benefits initiatives
• Support digitalization efforts in Kerakoll Hellas
• Report and track required HR KPIs
• Work closely with the GM and Finance Team to provide accurate data for business decision-making
Desired profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR administrative role
• Fluency in English and Greek is required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HRM systems (Epsilon ESS & Business Misthodosia) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy and discreet, capable of handling confidential information with care
