- Supports AOP/FCST process and monthly reporting/cost analysis GR
- Support/Liaise with Finance in the area of labor costs/payroll processes GR
- Prepare monthly HR reporting (regular or ad hoc) GR
- Execute HR Ops agenda at local level GR/CY
- Implement activities and initiatives related to HR systems and reporting GR/CY
- Accountable for execution of all HROPs related projects for GR/CY
- Liaise with HRBPs to resolve complex problems Data and Analytics GR/CY
- Provide value added insights to the business via advanced data modelling and visualisation techniques, GR/CY
- Provide Drive improvements in metric and data driven processes, GR/CY
- Support internal and external audit compliance requirements implementation, SOx and GCS, GR
- Ensures data quality in HR systems and ensures proper governance

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education : University degree; postgraduate degree optional
- Total experience : 3-5 years work experience required, Finance backgroung/experience desired
