Recruiter

Role:  As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates for a wide range of positions and sectors. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure we are attracting the best talent in the industry.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different departments and sectors
• Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they attract the best candidates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in onboarding and provide a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Collaborate with the HR team to provide the best service

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment in the services sector
• Experience with social media recruiting (especially LinkedIn)
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
