Ανθρώπινο ΔυναμικόWe are looking for a Hr Assistant for the full spectrum of the HR function, including Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with everyday HR functions and duties
- Assist in payroll preparation
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and managing applications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Participate in the initial screening of resumes and applications
- Ensure that new hires complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation as needed.
- Support in various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Help communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
- Ensuring compliance with Greek employment laws and regulations.
- Identification of training needs and organization of training activities.
- Support the development and implementation of professional development plans for employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR actions are aligned with business goals.
- Processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay
- Updating data on ERGANI II (recruitment, departures, schedule, changes, overtime, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as an Hr Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of ERGANI II
- Knowledge of employment legislation and procedures
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality, attention to detail and numerical literacy
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Experience with ERP’s & HRMS programs would be considered.
- Excellent command of MS-Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Team player, enthusiastic & positive personality.
