We are offering you to join our dynamic team as a IT Manager (M/F/D).

The job will be affiliated to our existing entity in Komotini.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Manage incoming requests through various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Infrastructure Management: Ensure smooth installation and operation of hardware and software on servers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the external Group IT team to resolve issues and enhance the IT roadmap.
  • Communication and Escalation: Effectively communicate resolutions, monitor/close cases, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Knowledge Management: Contribute to internal knowledge bases by documenting findings and suggesting improvements.
  • Project Management: Actively engage in internal projects and continuously improve initiatives. Manage and prioritize IT initiatives and projects with ability to manage indirect teams.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor systems, applications, and networks for optimal performance.
  • Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure continuous availability and healthy operation of the IT infrastructure.
  • Strategic Management: Support quality and efficiency improvements in IT service delivery.
  • Digitalization Strategy: Co-manage the execution of the Factories’ digitalization strategy.
  • Documentation: Thoroughly document procedures for future reference.
  • Change Management: Manage and facilitate change within the IT department, including the implementation of new technologies, processes, or organizational structures.

 

Key Requirements:     

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Foster a strong customer-first mindset with a sense of ownership.
  • Analytical Prowess: Apply exceptional troubleshooting skills for timely resolution of issues related to company’s products and infrastructure.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication in Greek and English, fostering a collaborative team spirit.
  • Resourcefulness: Proactively solve problems with end-to-end ownership of support requests.
  • System Management: Install, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software components for all computer systems in any environment. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems & Office 365 platform. Familiarity with virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V.
  • Network Proficiency: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN. Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP; experience with other network services like Azure considered a plus. Familiarity with network security and firewall management.
  • Data Management: Experience in Backup and Disaster Recovery processes.
  • Educational Background and Experience: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications. A minimum of 5 years of working experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level IT infrastructure, preferably in a multinational company.
