ΠληροφορικήResponsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Execute and monitor project activities
- Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders
- Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet project objectives
- Monitor and optimize resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards
- Implement and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess and improve project performance
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project expenditures
- Generate regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design, testing documents, exit reports etc
- Knowledge of Validata solutions and understanding of best practices, methodology and value propositions as these will be directly linked with each client project.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Temenos core banking solutions is a MUST
- Proven 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in banking projects.
- Familiarity with banking systems and technologies
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Very good command of English language. Excellent written and verbal skills. Additional language is considered an asset
- Strong leadership, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to travel abroad
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications will be considered an asset
