Role

• Be the contact person for customers and service technicians
• Administer and schedule service technicians in the field, taking into account
• product and customer knowledge as well as temporal and spatial availability
• Ensure customer satisfaction through compliance with agreed service level agreements while taking into account high economic efficiency
• Handle escalations
• Ensure service documentation and update if necessary

Requirements

• Language: native Romanian & C1 English
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to act quickly and show own initiative.
