About the Role:

We are expanding our Technical Support team in Patra and we are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team with the following responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical assistance and support to end-users
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions to clients
  • Advice and train users on software use
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or a related field
  • Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server) will be considered as an asset
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM or other software is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
