We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Security Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our network security systems, with a particular focus on Fortinet (FortiGate), Cisco technologies, Citrix and RDS. You will work closely with other IT professionals to safeguard our network against internal and external threats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage network security solutions, including Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls, Cisco network devices, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SD-WAN and SIEM systems.

- Monitor network traffic for security incidents and respond to threats in a timely manner.

- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.

- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology advancements.

- Collaborate with other IT and business units to ensure security best practices are integrated into all operations.

- Provide training and support to staff on network security issues.

- Prepare and present security reports to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in network security engineering or a related role.

- Strong knowledge of Fortinet (FortiGate) and Cisco network security technologies is required.

- Familiarity with Citrix and RDS is highly appreciated.

- Experience with additional security technologies such as IDS/IPS, VPN, and SIEM.

- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, or similar are highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
