We are a OIKOS PROPERTY DEVELOPENTS, a rapidly growing company that relies heavily on a robust IT infrastructure to excel. We utilize a Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) alongside Microsoft Business Central (ERP) and MONDAY.com CRM to manage our daily operations and client interactions.
We're seeking a talented IT Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining our entire IT environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Strategically analyzing and recommending improvements for operational efficiency, data safety, and overall IT infrastructure.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to the entire team, ensuring they leverage our software systems most effectively.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions to maximize productivity.
- Staying current with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend future-proof advancements.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering or similar
- Experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing Microsoft 365 environments (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Strong working knowledge of Business Central and CRM systems (MONDAY.com preferred) will be considered an advantage.
- Professional Proficiency in English, both written and oral
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all departments.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
