IT Administrator
Position overview:
The job holder will be based in Xanthi.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming issues in a professional, courteous manner over the phone and via email. Taking ownership of issues and managing them in a logical and methodical manner.
- Correctly logging incidents and issues, categorizing and prioritizing them in line with team procedures.
- Conducting full and thorough diagnostics with end users to enable first time fault resolution.
- Ensuring all issues are progressed & cleared within SLA – escalating to other internal and external teams as needed.
- Managing issues through their entire lifecycle from the first point of contact through to resolution, proactively.
- Keeping the end-user informed of progress.
- Diagnosing and resolving problems to the end-users satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate repeated issues or service risks into service management teams.
- Administer and troubleshoot the following server issues:
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Microsoft Office 365 tenant services.
- VMWare ESX.
- Backup solutions
- Common Client/Server Applications including Office 365 suite.
- Administer and troubleshoot the following networking issues:
- Firewalls and VPN
- Routers/Switches
- Internet-related problems
- Assist end-users in troubleshooting the following workstation, peripheral and mobile device issues:
- Office 365
- Windows 7/10/11
- Standard and proprietary applications
- Desktop and laptop hardware
- Printers, scanners, fax devices
- Mobile devices (iPhone, Android)
- Effectively troubleshoot and solve highly technical problems within a wide range of Company’s environments.
- High level of responsibility for time management and issue prioritization.
- Self-starter with the ability to identify and work issues within a ticketing queue while accurately documenting time spent for each case.
Requirements:
- Degree in the field of Information Technology.
- Proven comparable professional experience in a similar role will be considered as a plus.
- Very good knowledge of English
- Certifications will be considered as a plus

- Driving License
