In the frame of its activities, Revival SA is recruiting an Officer for the IT Department based in company's headquarters in Athens, Greece. Occupation as an IT Officer, outsourced in company’s large accounts, is an option as well.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day technical support operations
• Specification, ordering, installation and configuration of hardware and software
• Troubleshooting related to hardware and software of company's and its customer accounts’ computerized systems, including repairs and communication with the relevant suppliers when needed
• Planning and undertaking of computerized systems maintenance and updates
• Microsoft Windows and other major applications administration responsibilities, e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, audio/video conference/meetings applications, etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (user provisioning, licensing, security policies, etc.)
• Contributes to the PCs' and users' central management (Microsoft Active Directory, central security and configuration policies, etc.)
• Understanding basic principles of layer 2 (e.g. VLAN, VLAN tagging, etc.), layer 3 (e.g. routing), wireless, and VoIP networking
• Monitoring of data center and telecommunications system performance, including configurations on company’s and its customer accounts’ central IT equipment, terminal devices, call centers, and computer and VoIP networks
• Monitoring and ensuring data and network security by conducting regular safety checks and by analyzing security, backup and other logs
• Controlling and keeping records of software licensing, hardware assets, etc.
• Informing and training the company's and its customer accounts’ personnel on computerized systems related topics (software, user accounts, email accounts, troubleshooting, safety, etc.), and providing technical and operational advice to it when required

Work experience requirements

• Two (2) or more years’ experience in the IT technical – support field
• Experience with VoIP telephony is a plus

Education requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technologies or Electrical and Computer Engineering from Technological Education Institute or University (ΑΕΙ, ΤΕΙ, or ΙΕΚ)
• Good knowledge of the English language (at least CEFR Level B2)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office applications
