We are currently seeking Senior professionals with good analytical skills and a well-rounded personality to become part of our dynamic Cyber team. #YourRole

Manage cybersecurity activities within wider projects, identifying, evaluating, and designing best-in-class security services from security operational, architectural, and engineering perspectives, demonstrating operational excellence, vision, and strategic thinking.
Responsible for service management of the team including overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for the SOC team.
Responsible for the SOC team’s success in security incident monitoring, identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, and mitigation efforts.
Participate in incident response (IR) efforts; detect, identify, respond, contain, and remediate information security incidents.
Provide tactical support as needed for major incidents impacting clients.
Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), process adherence and process improvement to achieve operational objectives.
Coordination and collaboration with Deloitte’s EMEA Cyber Security Centre to support service delivery.
Execute complex project activities, coach and support less experienced team members, and coordinate part of the team while supporting your more senior colleagues in managing client relations and expectations to achieve common goals aligned with business objectives.
Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen business relations and create business opportunities.
Receive training and attain certifications in the use of cutting-edge cybersecurity products and various cybersecurity topics.

#WinningRequirements

Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or equivalent.
5 - 7 years of experience in a SOC (leading) position (e.g., SOC Manager, SOC team leader, Incident Respond leader, Security Architect, etc.), preferably in an MSSP or consulting company.
Working experience in security technologies such as: Security information and event management (SIEM), IDS/IPS, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Proxy, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Endpoint detection and response (EDR), Anti-Virus, Sandboxing, network- and host- based firewalls, Threat Intelligence, Penetration Testing, etc.
Extensive knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Understanding of possible attack activities such as network probing/ scanning, DDOS, malicious code activity, etc.
Technical expertise in incident response planning, handling and management.
Relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC certification, and MS Certification, will be considered a plus.
Demonstrate leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to translate complex information sets into specific recommendations that can be actioned by customers to enhance their security posture.
Be an independent and collaborative person who cooperates in one or more project teams to deliver high-quality results.
Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
Fluent knowledge of the English language.
