The Executive Level IT Team at Kariera Group is seeking enthusiastic Experienced SAP PP/PM/QM Consultants on behalf of our client to join their highly motivated and dynamic Enterprise Technology and Performance team in Athens. Responsibilities:

• Analyzing clients’ existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending best practices in line with PP/QM/PM capabilities.
• Leading or supporting SAP PP/QM/PM implementation projects, including gathering client requirements, designing solutions, configuring the SAP PP/QM/PM module, and conducting system testing.
• Collaborating with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless integration with SAP PP/QM/PM, such as SAP SD, EWM, CO, MM, and third-party logistics systems.
• Creating comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and training materials for clients and end-users.
• Providing training and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure they can effectively use and maintain the SAP PP/QM/PM system.
• Offering ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance services to address client inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.
• Staying updated on SAP PP/QM/PM best practices, industry trends, and new SAP releases to recommend and implement enhancements that optimize clients’ SAP PP/QM/PM solutions.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering).
• 3-6 years of proven experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role.
• Understanding of Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, or Quality Management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• SAP certification is a plus.
• Experience in an S/4HANA environment and FIORI apps is a plus.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD) and integration points is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
• Fulfilled military obligations where applicable.
