Part of NSE ITS Technology Risk team within the NSE ITS CIO Operations function and reporting to the Head of Technology Risk Management, you will play a key role in areas of Internal Audit and Compliance management such as Member Firm Standards, Technology standards compliance, Internal Audit management.

 

#AboutYourRole

In this interesting and diverse role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on:

  • Compliance Framework Development: Develop and maintain a technology compliance framework to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Risk Assessment: Define and conduct regular assessments of technology controls and processes to identify compliance risks. Work with Technology risk manager to report and mitigate identified risks.
  • Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on technology-related regulatory changes and ensure the organization’s technology compliance efforts remain current.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal audit and risk management teams to address technology compliance concerns.
  • Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and training to IT and business teams on technology compliance matters.
  • Compliance Management: Manage and improve compliance to Member Firm Standards. Publish periodic reports to monitor compliance progress of Member Firm Standards, Cookie Compliance, GTOM compliance etc.
  • Compliance Reporting Automation: Automate compliance reporting.
  • IT Internal Audit: Identify areas for internal audit and define terms of reference. Work with internal audit and technology risk team to improve internal audit maturity and streamline the audit management process.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams throughout NSE to uphold compliance with standards and work on matters related to compliance and internal audit.

 

#OurRequirements

  • Highly developed influencing and communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years +)in a technology compliance role.
  • Knowledge of technology-related laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, 22301 etc.).
  • Strong understanding of IT controls and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel and must possess good report building and presentation skills.
  • Very Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables.
  • Experience of working in geographically dispersed virtual teams.
  • An Engineering degree and relevant Master’s degree or certificate is desirable.
